In the winter the resort, situated mid-way between Lake Léman and the Mont-Blanc, forms the gateway to the biggest international skiing area, "Les Portes du Soleil", and in summer to a vast sports ground. Here, mountain lovers can easily alternate between a walk through the woods and a vertiginous descent down the rapids, from a circuit of discovery of the region's heritage sites to a paragliding flight, a mountain bike ride and a siesta in a peaceful Alpine setting...
