Company founded in 1991, Farniente produces fresh lasagnas with a use-by-date of 21 days.
The manufacturing process which follows the ISO 22000 standards is the result of a traditional method using top quality fresh and natural raw materials (whole milk, emmenthal cheese, tomato pulp, durum semolina and whole eggs).
Farniente currently employs 40 people for a production of 60 tonnes per week.
Following work carried out in 2005 and 2006, production capacity is now 90 tonnes per week.
In fact, so as to continue satisfying our customers as well as possible and complying with the new ISO 2200 standards, we have made investments amounting to 2,500,000 € on production, administration and equipment buildings (foreign body xray detector, sorter by weight, labelling and traceability).
