Prologue – Issy-les-Moulineaux
The analysis of François Lemarchand (former rider, race regulator on the A.S.O. cycling events)
It’s a similar course to the one we had designed last year. The distance is quite short and the course isn’t technical at all. Except for a slight hill, tough on the legs, that lasts about three hundred metres, there will mainly be large avenues with no climbs. The rider that will want to impress on this day will have to use a big gear ratio. Last year, Bobby Julich managed to win. As a specialist of this type of exercise, he could again be victorious of this prologue.
