Voigt in good company

The Danish cycling team, CSC, present a particularly ambitious line-up for the Critérium International (26th-27th March). Indeed, the top team at the beginning of this cycling season, triumphant in the 2004 edition with Jens Voigt's win, once again this year stand in line for victory in this weekend's three stage race. Winner of the Mediterranean Tour, with an impressive performance in Paris-Nice (4th), Voigt will share team leadership in the Charleville-Mézičres race with Bobby Julich, who won the “sun race”, and Ivan Basso, 3rd in the 2004 Tour de France.

However, the German rider will not only have internal competition as his compatriot in the T-Mobile cycling team, Andreas Klöden, second to Armstrong in the last Tour, will be participating in his second race of the year after a discreet start to the season in the Tirreno-Adriatico (91st). Set back for a long time by a series of colds and chills, the French rider Christophe Moreau (C.A) will also be eager for a win after a first ride this season in the Coupe de France (Cholet - Pays de Loire).
